Information referring to the orders and their realization :
1-Acceptance of the general conditions :
When the order is confirmed, that is equivalent to the pure and simple acceptance of the general rules.

2-Confirmation of order and acceptance :
The contract signature of order is validated when SARL CASTELANNE confirms its payment. This confirmation is made by e-mail, phone or fax. This confirmation is made at the latest 72 hours after the reception of the order. "SARL CASTELANNE" grants the right to refuse the order for different reasons, like :

* Problem of provisioning
* Problem of delivery
* Problem encountered with the customer
* Problem of reading of the order

The customer can refuse the order only if his final cost is higher 5% of that indicated.


3-Obligations :

For "SARL CASTELANNE" :
If your order is accepted, "SARL CASTELANNE" commits itself delivering the ordered products. It is committed making remove the order by its conveyor in the 72 hours following its acceptance.

For customer :
It must indicate clearly the address of delivery and is responsible for the validity of this one. The customer commits himself paying the products, the transport charges mentioned on the order, and all taxation occurring of his place of residence.
The customer prohibits himself, except formal agreement and preliminary writing, to resell the bought products, those are intended for a personal use.


4-Specific provisions :


Price :
The price indicated at the time of the confirmation of order is contractual. It's expressed in euros. The payment is carried out by bank card (VISA, EUROCARD MASTERCARD) by protected payment. The flow of the sum will be carried out at the time of the confirmation of order. An invoice can be emitted at the request of the customer.

The prices are guaranteed expect in this cases:
- an exceptional event who modified the cocoa quotation
- a TVA increase

Transport and delivery :
The information provided by the buyer when placing an order engages his or her responsibility : if the addressee's details are entered incorrectly, the vendor cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

Orders are considered definitive only when they have been validated by payment of the sum due by the buyer.

The buyer may not modify or cancel the order and the sum paid cannot be reimbursed.

When stocks are exhausted, the vendor reserves the right to deliver a product of identical size and quality.

5-Returns - Terms and conditions
All product returns must be the subject of a formal agreement between the vendor and the buyer.

All returns accepted by the vendor, arising from a visible defect or the non-conformity of the product delivered, having been verified by the vendor, will give rise to a free replacement of the product or a credit note to the value of the sum paid, excluding all other indemnities or damages.

5-Responsibilities and limits of responsibilities :

The customer is responsible for the choice of the products. He commits himself complying with the rules of conservations and the limiting date of conservation indicated on packing. He is only responsible for the choice and of the conservation of the products and cannot hold "SARL CASTELANNE" for person in charge if these rules are not complied with or if the person recipient is allergic to one or several ingredients entering the composition of the products.

6- Forbidden

For the consummer is forbiden in any cases, to re-sale the products, they're intended at his personal usage.
